Instructor James Sims brings more than 45 years of experience in the art of self defense to this course which consists of the methods and merits of Karate, Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan. Exercises are centuries old and very therapeutic. Methods promote better health, tougher muscles, stimulate internal muscles, and encourage a healthier, longer life. Techniques learned will also increase your self confidence and self-protection. Cost is $75 for residents and $80 for non-residents.
