"Poetic Voices" open mic poetry night at Union Street Gallery, Friday September 7th, 6-9pm.
Readers/speakers/performers please register ahead of time at unionstreetart@gmail.com or call 708-754-2601. Walk-ins will be welcome but please try to register ahead of time. Open mic starts at 7pm, walk-ins will be welcome to register from 6-7pm.
Come to speak to speak or come to listen, either way come and enjoy the art, music, and atmosphere. Food and drinks will be served, and Fashion Designer and Union Street Gallery Board Members Wendell Mosby will be the MC the night.
Current Exhibits: "If Life Were Still" featuring still life paintings by Tanya Gadbaw, Lorrain Sack, and Richard Laurent,
and "Blur" featuring art by 23 artists from the Midwest that captures and illustrates motion.
