More Fetal Remains Found Inside Car Owned By Abortion Doctor
Fetal remains were found inside a car stored in Dolton on Wednesday. The car was owned by deceased abortion doctor Ulrich Klopfer.
DOLTON, IL — More fetal remains have been found and have been linked to a recently deceased abortion doctor. Sheriff's Office police in Will County found a number of remains Wednesday morning in a car owned by Dr. Ulrich Klopfer. The car was in an outdoor gated lot of a business in Dolton, according to police. Around 10 a.m., Will County police found eight cars owned by Klopfer on the property, and in one of the trunk compartments found five plastic bags and one box that contained numerous medically preserved fetal remains.
It's believed that less than 100 fetal remains were found on Wednesday. Last month, Will County authorities found 2,246 fetal remains on the Klopfer family property in unincorporated Crete Township and recently learned of additional properties either owned or rented by Klopfer, who died on Sept. 3.

The vehicles owned by Klopfer that were found on the Dolton property on Wednesday had been stored there for more than six years, police said. Not all of them were searched on Wednesday, but authorities plan to search all cars owned by Klopfer with the cooperation of the Klopfer family and property owner once the keys are found.
Authorities believe the fetal remains were from the time period of 2000-2002 when Klopfer was performing abortions in Indiana.
