Immunization clinics are scheduled for Oct. 17 in Park Forest and Oct. 24 in Ford Heights

Children in Chicago’s Southland can get up to date on their vaccinations at Franciscan Health’s immunization clinics, scheduled on two dates this month:

  • Saturday, October 17, 10am to 2pm

  • Saturday, October 24, 10am to 2pm
    • Cornerstone Community Development Corporation, 943 E. Lincoln Hwy., Ford Heights

Parents and caregivers should bring their insurance card and a copy of the child’s immunization records.
