Homicide Ruled In Death Of Man Hit By Car In Chicago Heights
A 27-year-old man died after he was struck by a car in Chicago Heights.

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL - The death of a man who was hit by a car in Chicago Heights earlier this week has been ruled a homicide. The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office has determined that 27-year-old Bryan Webster died of blunt force trauma to the head in a homicide, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Webster was walking in the 300 bock of North Boston Street shortly before 9 a.m. on Monday when he was hit by the car. He was pronounced dead at Franciscan Health Chicago Heights (St. James Hospital) less than an hour later.
A day later, Eric C. Adams, 24 of Chicago Heights turned himself in at the Chicago Heights police station and was charged with one felony count of leaving the scene of an accident involving death.
