Lotto Ticket Sold At Crete Circle K Wins $200,000
The ticket matched all five numbers in the Saturday mid-day drawing, lottery officials said. Winner has one year to claim the prize.
CRETE, IL — A ticket Lucky Day Lotto ticket sold at a Crete gas station is worth $200,000, officials said Monday.
Two players matched all five numbers — 14-19-27-38-43 — in the Saturday, Sept. 12 midday drawing, with each ticket winning the game’s $200,000 jackpot.
The winning tickets were purchased at Circle K, located at 1400 E. Steger Rd. in Crete, and Love’s Travel Stop, located at 400 Steward Rd. in Rochelle. Each retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus, equal to 1 percent of the prize amount.

The Lucky Day Lotto winning streak continues for Illinois Lottery players, following a trio of Labor Day weekend jackpot wins, including a $550,000 prize in Saint Charles, a $100,000 online win, and a $200,000 prize in Chicago.
So far this year, more than 8 million winning Lucky Day Lotto tickets have been sold statewide, with players claiming over $48 million in prizes.

Lucky Day Lotto winners have one year from the draw date to claim their prizes. The Illinois Lottery encourages all winners to write their name on the back of their ticket and keep it in a safe place until they’re ready to claim their prize.
Lucky Day Lotto is an Illinois-only draw game with two daily drawings at 12:40 p.m. and 9:22 p.m., and jackpots starting at $100,000. Tickets are available in-store, online, and via the Illinois Lottery app.
