CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL — The end of the high school football regular season and start of the playoffs means that the ABC-7 flyover season also comes to an end. And for Marian Catholic High School in Chicago Heights, that means a new trophy and bragging rights against other schools ABC-7 Chicago visited for live Friday morning broadcasts throughout Chicago and the suburbs this fall.

Marian Catholic won the "Friday Flyover" vote on Thursday. ABC-7 had a poll on their website, allowing viewers to choose who had the best Flyover event out of all the schools they visited this year. Competing with Marian Catholic were Bloom Township High School and Bloom Trail High School, Marist High School, Lake Zurich High School, Bartlett High School, Brother Rice High School, Kaneland High School and Maine South High School.
