MOBILE DRIVER SERVICES at BLOOM TOWNSHIP

Bloom Township Senior Department in conjunction with the Illinois Secretary of State’s office will be hosting a Mobile Driver Services Facility on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Available services are:

Seniors age 65 and up (NO CHARGE FOR STATE ID)

Vision Screening - with DL renewal

Driver’s License/State ID Card (Renewal, Replacement, Corrections)

Vehicle Sticker Sales (License Plate)

Organ/Tissue Donor Information/Registration

Motor Voter- Registration with DL/ID Renewal

To renew a current Illinois driver’s license or ID card, a valid driver’s license or ID card must be presented.  To apply for a duplicate or corrected driver’s license or ID card, two forms of identification must be presented.  VERY IMPORTANT!  For information about acceptable forms of identification, please call 217-782-7044 or visit www.cyberdriveillinois.com.  All documents must be original (fax copies will nbe accepted)
