Mobile Drivers Service Event Coming To Chicago Heights

Those interested in attending will have the opportunity to renew their licenses, plate stickers, vehicle certification and more.

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL — A mobile drivers service event is making its way to Chicago Heights, hosted by State Representative Anthony Deluca and State Senator Patrick Joyce.

The event will take place on Friday, Nov. 6 and gives residents the opportunity to renew their driver's license, get a state I.D., renew their license plate stickers, get motor voter registration and register as an organ donor.

The event will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Chicago Heights Park District, 1400 Chicago Road. The park district said the event was established in partnership with the Illinois Secretary of State's Office.

Masks are required to come inside and no cash will be accepted as a form of payment. The event will not issue Real I.D. cards.

Organizers remind those interested in attending that if they want to renew their license plate sticker to make sure their cars are up to inspection date on their vehicle emissions tests.
