Oncologist/hematologist joins Franciscan Health Cancer Institute team

Oncologist/hematologist Andrea L. Amico, MD, MA, is now part of the Patricia A. Joyce Comprehensive Cancer Institute at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields and is accepting new patients.

Dr. Amico completed her training and residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Her fellowship training was at the University of Chicago in Chicago.

She is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology and board eligible in hematology. Her clinical interests include gastrointestinal, breast and neuroendocrine malignancy management; clinical cancer genetics and genetic testing; and cancer risk and prevention.

The Patricia A. Joyce Comprehensive Cancer Institute at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields combines multidisciplinary cancer specialists with a full range of state-of-the-art technologies in one location to help patients fight cancer close to home.

Dr. Amico is accepting new patients at the Patricia A. Joyce Comprehensive Cancer Institute at 3900 W. 203rd St. on the Franciscan Health Olympia Fields campus.
