Photo Gallery: Scenes From Warrior Wrestling 3 at Marian Catholic

According to Warrior Wrestling promotor and Marian Catholic principal Steve Tortorello, 750 fans came out to Warrior Wrestling 3 on Saturday, January 5^th. The wrestling event served as a fundraiser for scholarships for students.

The main event for the evening featured Brian Cage, the star of Impact Wrestling on PopTV, defending the Warrior Wrestling Championship against Bandido, the most popular luchador in independent wrestling.

Other wrestlers that took part in the evening were; Ultimo Dragon, Super Crazy, Fenix, Pentagon, Bandido, and Daga.

Warrior Wrestling 3 also featured eight other wrestling matches with elite men and women from wrestling’s biggest organizations around the world, including WWE and Impact Wrestling in the United States and AAA, CMLL, and The Crash in Mexico. Former WWE champions Austin Aries, Rich Swann, and Matt Sydal was in action. Independent wrestling sensation A-Kid journeyed from Spain to Chicago Heights specifically for the event.

Matches and the winners included:

1.Rich Swann defeated Andrew Everett

2. Jordynne Grace retained the Progress Wrestling Women's Championship over Kylie Rae

3. Moose defeated Ethan Page

4. Team Adonis (Sam Adonis, Super Crazy, Dragon Lee) defeated Team Monix (Pat Monix, Daga, Ultimo Dragon) in a traditional lucha libre rules match

5. Tessa Blanchard defeated Britt Baker

6. Eddie Edwards defeated Austin Aries in a No Holds Barred match

7. The Lucha Brother (Fenix and Pentagon) defeated Team White Wolf (A-Kid and Carlos Romo)

and Brian Cage retained the Warrior Wrestling Championship over Bandido
