PSC Connects Veterans and Families to Resources at March 7 Event
This event features free health screenings community as well as housing, legal, employment and educational information, and much more.

The Student Veterans Center at Prairie State College (PSC) is hosting a Veterans Resources Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, March 7, in the Prairie Center gym of the college’s main campus, located at 202 S. Halsted St. in Chicago Heights.
This event features free health screenings community as well as housing, legal, employment and educational information, and much more. All veterans, current service members and their families are welcome to attend. “It is our mission to support veterans and provide resources, in the hopes of helping them manage some of the challenges they may face,” said Georges Sanon, Student Veterans Center coordinator at PSC.

“Veterans are dear to my heart,” said PSC Board of Trustees Chair Jacqueline Agee. “Events like these make it possible for them to learn about the many options in the community.”
