Rep. DeLuca to Host Free Women's Self-Defense Seminar

Ladies, learn how to defend yourself at this FREE Seminar being held at Bloom Township Center on Monday March 30th.

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, Ill. – State Rep. Anthony DeLuca, D-Chicago Heights, is encouraging constituents to attend a free women’s self-defense seminar that he is hosting at the Bloom Township Center, located at 425 S. Halsted St. in Chicago Heights, on Monday, March 30 at 6 p.m. Attendees will learn basic self-defense tips and safety precautions from martial arts instructor, Master Daniel Kocsis.

“This workshop will teach participants basic self-defense and important safety measures,” DeLuca said. “Knowing and using these precautions will help residents avoid dangerous situations and protect themselves if necessary. I encourage women interested in learning more to stop by.”
