Retail Theft

Jimmie Clay, 33, of Chicago was charged with retail theft at 7:40 p.m. on Nov. 14 at Kohl's, 17620 S. Halsted St. Clay placed clothing items on his person and exited the store without paying for the merchandise, which had a total retail value of $90.

Frank Woods, 52, of Ford Heights was charged with retail theft at 11:47 a.m. on Nov. 10 at Walmart, 17550 S. Halsted St. Woods concealed items and exited the store without making payment for the merchandise, which had a total retail value of $83.23.

Oscar Ramirez, 32, of Chicago Heights was charged with criminal trespass to property at 6:07 p.m. on Nov. 10 at Home Depot, 17845 S. Halsted St. Ramirez, who had been given prior notice that he was not allowed in the store, entered the premises.
