Trespass Charge For Man Accused Of Taking For Sale Sign, Key Box
A Chicago man is also accused of breaking a window of a home on Meyer Court.
HOMEWOOD, IL — A Chicago man has been charged in connection with an alleged trespassing incident in Homewood.
Homewood police say Parris Dawson, 46, of Chicago entered a home in the 21300 block of Meyer Court at 7:32 p.m. on March 30, damaged a window and stole a for sale sign and key box.
Dawson did not have "permission or authorization" to enter the home, police said in a report. He has been charged with theft of $500 or under, criminal trespass to residence and criminal damage to property.

Damage to the window was estimated at $150, police said, while the for sale sign was valued at $200 and the key box at $100.
