Seatbelt Crackdown Begins In Chicago Heights

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL — Chicago Heights police plan to crackdown on seatbelt law violators during the week of Thanksgiving. The Chicago Heights Police Department told residents on social media they will be "conducting seatbelt enforcement zones" throughout the city from Friday, Nov. 22 until Monday, Dec. 2 in order to help ensure everyone has a safe holiday week.
