A few weeks ago, I talked and met Sophia Stewart the author, creator and Copyrights owner of by products of The Matrix and The Terminator on The Minister Cynthia M. The case, in totality, will have far-reaching and significant industry implications, which will ripple across both the entertainment and legal profession due to the size and complexity of the illegally gained royalties involved. This is neither a small nor simple case, and one may be in for the “fight of their life” to bring this story to the masses, but everything in this statement is truthful and can and will be substantiated. Its foundation is not about sympathetic jurists and legal professionals, but about pure unadulterated theft, corruption and greed possibly remedied by incarceration for all parties involved.

Ms. Sophia Stewart, the rightful owner of the Copyrights, as published and issued by the Copyright office be publicly recognized for her work in a case of clear Criminal Copyright Infringement. All case files, including the most recent ruling by the Copyright Office on December 3rd 2015 for her work dating back to 1981 is available for one’s perusal.

This story begins with Sophia Stewart, as a young female artist submits ideas for a science fiction futuristic story to possibly be made into a movie. Her (6) six-page movie treatment, and 45 page manuscript containing characters, concepts, special effects and graphics, which collectively ultimately becomes the foundation for two multi-billion dollar movie franchises which have forever changed the landscape of film making.

These movies are “The Matrix” and “The Terminator” and the respective sequels for each. Both of these franchises can still be seen adorned on t-shirts to toys, and are available to be viewed globally even though the copyrights are owned by Ms. Stewart and has neither authorized, nor received royalties based on sales. However, Warner Brothers/Orion Pictures and their syndicate of producers, directors, writers, etc., never owned, nor held the Copyrights or Trademarks to the source-work and or derivatives. In fact, on numerous occasions, when asked to produce source-work, every available excuse under the sun was provided instead. One must first understand and recognize where the original singular source-work led to two byproducts and all of the sequels of both “The Matrix”, and “The Terminator” franchises originated.

How is that possible? The initial lawsuit, dating back to 2004, (California Case # CV 03-2873

MMM (VBKx) is where the saga begins and the fraud, theft, forgery, conspiracy, and the illegal judicial intervention and misconduct by judges and lawyers came into focus. Yes, judicial and attorney misconduct. When Sophia Stewart, affectionately known as “The Mother of The Matrix”, originally brought her lawsuit against the parties involved in the making of the movie “The Matrix”, those being The Wachowski brothers, (Andy & Larry-aka Lana), producers, directors, writers, and most important, the distribution company, Warner Bros. Additionally, the movie “The Terminator” became part of the lawsuit. During the case, questions arose at that time as to why attorneys representing Ms. Stewart, and being paid by her, would not execute their job of proper client representation. Those questions would soon be answered later after the case was dismissed without prejudice. Ms. Stewart may refile her California case, if necessary, due to the procedural errors and fraud as demonstrated by the Federal District Court, State of Utah decision. Ms. Stewart, as many may not know, owns the Copyrights and Trademarks for both “The Matrix” and “The Terminator” franchises, as in any source-work and or derivatives. Warner Brothers’ counterfeit submission of Trademark to the 1999 Matrix movie, characters, toys, etc., was canceled by the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (TTAB). Warner Bros. volunteered to cancel any Trademarks or Copyrights, because neither they nor the Wachowski brothers could provide legitimate proof of ownership, and still cannot to this day. Currently, Warner Bros., has one remaining counterfeit Trademark for “Enter The Matrix” to be canceled (which was illegally obtained by swearing ownership under Trademark codes). This last cancellation is the only remaining hurdle preventing Ms. Stewart from a full and comprehensive ownership of all Trademarks and Copyrights for “Enter The Matrix”. This cancellation is currently pending with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. By the way, the Board of Directors, for both companies, has no clue that the copyrights issues when settled can significantly affect the financials for the entities and most importantly, the shareholders

The following illustrates the issues which have evolved during the caseThe attorneys Ms. Stewart hired to represent her in the CA case were later found to have had relationships with the California judges as well as one of the defendants, Warner Bros., involved in the both California and Utah cases. However, neither the judges nor her lawyers mentioned this oversight to Ms. Stewart during the case in 2004, or the subsequent 2007 Case No. 2.07-CV-00552-EJF-DB malpractice case in Utah.

• The judges were required to recuse themselves at the first sign of conflict. Apparently, the judges and lawyers worked on previous cases together, had communication outside of courts, and also knowingly belonged to the same church, The Church of Scientology.
• The defendants in the case had admitted to the use of (theft) source-work, without consent, and have all tried to use the Statues of Limitations as a defense. They have also tried, but failed, to use the excuse of public domain, but all those attempts too, have failed.
• Defendants tried using Summary Judgment, as a remedy, for the case, because when you can’t prove ownership, having a judge(s) in your corner, is you’re only alternative. Additionally, there would have been no legal rationale for a Summary Judgment, when the FBI had investigated, provided a comparative analysis, and was holding crucial evidence.
• Crucial evidentiary information requirements, which were supposed to be submitted to the court, were never forwarded onto Ms. Stewart by her former lawyers. DVDs purchased to introduce to the court were never submitted. However her bill for representation was consistently padded. Judge Morrow, at the time, ruled that the introduction of the DVDs would have given Ms. Stewart the relief she sought. Warner Bros. and the Wachowski brothers should have lost on default judgment because they never owned, nor claimed to own, “The Matrix” Copyrights or Trademarks. The lack of ownership was covered up by the courts and media. No one reported on this crucial piece of evidence.

Keep fighting for what’s yours Ms. Stewart. And at the end of the day, you are not only fighting for her rights, but for every person of color in the passed as well as those who are fore-coming with skills and talents that will be taken by those who have not talent and just do not care about the well being of others. Each of us has too stand up for those rights that each of has been given as human being and decide in taking nothing less. Ms. Stewart has walked into fields of fighting for to get back that which was taken from her, which others has made Billions off the knowledge and creation which was within her and not given her a simple Thank You or here is some money buy yourself something. Never in this life or another, ever allow any one to defined who or what you are as a Human Being or to set your standards regarding your actions as a Human Being. There is no one that can beat you being you. You are great in this life form, for you are you.
