South Chicagoland Yogis to Conduct a "THIS IS YOGI" Disaster Relief Fundraiser

This is Yoga!, a one day festival of beats, breathe and movement designed to unite the community and raise our vibration, will be held from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m on Saturday, October 7th, 2017, at the Roma Sports Club, 9115 Rome Court, Frankfort, IL 60423.

All proceeds will benefit disaster relief initiatives for hurricane victims in Texas and Florida.

The festival will feature classes from Barre It All Fitness, Revival Yoga Studio, Vibe Yoga Room, The Hart Wellness Center, Life Time Fitness and The Yoga Room at BodyTech.

The class schedule for the day is:

3-3:50pm Barre It All class
(10 minute break)
4-5pm Revive with Revival Flow
5-6pm Vibe with Yin Yoga
(15 minute break)
6:15-7pm All Levels Yoga with The Yoga Room
(15 minute break)
7:15-8:30pm Take it to the The Hart for a Lifetime Vinyasa Flow and Dance Party.
