LANSING, IL -- Police are searching the south suburbs for a missing teen with diminished mental capacities. Joslyn Perez, 19, was last seen around 11 p.m. Dec. 2 at a relative's house in Lansing. She may be in need of medical attention. Joslyn is known to frequent the Orland Park area and East Chicago, IN. She resides in Chicago. She's described as 5-feet-6-inches tall, 115 pounds with long reddish-brown hair, with purple streaks in front. Joslyn was last seen wearing a black windbreaker, a black v-neck shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. She may be carrying a gray purse, Lansing police said.
