Residents in Chicago Heights have many dining options to choose from, from fast food to sit down establishments. However, the bar and restaurant at 845 S. Halsted Avenue, is up for sale and is ready for a new establishment to become a new local hot spot.
Featuring seating for 100 in the dining area and 100 in the bar area, the space also features new kitchen equipment in the sale. The building itself also features a roof that was replaced in 2007 and parking for roughly 30 cars.
Listed for $389,000, the 7,530-square-foot space could become a chain restaurant or a local eatery in the future. Patch wants to know: What Should Go Here?
