Woman Found Dead in Chicago Heights
Reports indicate a young woman was found stabbed to death next to the fence of a home on Schilling Avenue Wednesday night.
CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL - A woman was found dead Wednesday night in Chicago Heights in what now is considered a homicide.
Police found the woman, according to neighbors someone who was in her teens or early 20s, unresponsive on the ground against a fence in a grassy area on the property of a home in the 1400 block of Schilling Avenue, according to an ABC-7-Chicago report.
An attempt to resuscitate the victim failed, and she was pronounced dead at 10 p.m. She is believed to have been stabbed in the neck and back.
