Abiding Spirit Aikido Class Starts TONIGHT- Try it!
Want to try something totally different, good for your health, and fun? Try this Intro Class starting July 7 at the Abiding Spirit Center.
Here’s something different! No board breaking. No yelling. No competitions.
Try an art that’s subtle but effective, easy on the body but great exercise, challenging but fun!
The Abiding Spirit Center is once again offering an Intro Course in Aikido, a non-violent, non-competitive self defense art. Improve health while gaining self-confidence and expanding awareness and mindfulness.

Classes are for ages 8 through adult. This course will run for 4 consecutive Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00 pm at the Abiding Spirit Center, 1540 Carlemont Drive, Crystal Lake.
Classes are taught by professional instructors, with over 25 years experience both here and in Japan.

The cost is $65, which includes a free uniform.
