DEEP and DEEPER: How to Effectively Strengthen Your Core Part One and Part Two

Cary Physical Therapy is offering the DEEP workshop series again! Only this time you can take DEEP and then, if you want to continue, add the second workshop DEEPER. It’s up to you! Take one or both.

DEEP: Saturday, Feb 27th 9:00 - 10:30 AM & DEEPER: Saturday, March 5th 9:00 - 10:30 AM

Whether you are an elite athlete or someone just starting to get in shape, everyone benefits from a stronger core. Strengthening from the inside out helps increase stability, power, balance, and posture. The core is not just your abdominal muscles but a complex interplay of at least 4 different areas. This includes the diaphragm, pelvic floor, deep Transversus Abdominis muscles, and Multifidus muscles of the back.
