The Nunda Masonic Organizations Third Annual Adapt-a-Sailor Thanksgiving Event, sponsored by Nunda Masonic Lodge and Nunda Chapter of the Eastern Star, will be held at the Nunda Masonic Building, 200 Ellsworth Street, Crystal Lake, Illinois 60014 on November 26, 2015.
As part of the Adopt-a-Sailor program by the Naval Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois, Nunda Masonic Organizations will host 30 Navy recruits. The event will provide these young men and women a Thanksgiving dinner, a way to contact loved ones, entertainment, and a day to spend time away from the rigors of basic training.
