When or kids go off to College. Bittersweet !!! By Anthony Concialdi

When I was typing this blog who was referring to with the phrase is it Beginning or Ending, Myself and my Wife or our Daughter who will be moving on to college in a few months. Why does it have to be so cut and dry. I keep wondering if the emotions are running so high because of all the conversations with friends who are in who are in the same boat. I’m speaking as a father who keeps reminiscing about everything from the day Paulina was born and we brought her home from the hospital and all the awesome memories we’ve shared along the way from her first day of pre school to our Indian Princess aka (native dads and daughters) with the many campouts and Daddy Daughter Dances to all her dance recitals she was always the cutest little thing and still is. and now to see what a wonderful talented beautiful young lady she’s become. Now she’s ready to move on to her next chapter I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect daughter every accomplishment in her life has been just that an accomplishment she never stops amazing us from being a straight A student from kindergarten thru high school, making Varsity Pom’s as a freshmen going down state with the Pom team as a junior, I could do this all day. Now as she started applying to college’s its been fun she is so humble and unassuming always underestimating her accomplishments as her mother and i told her at the beginning of the process she’s been accepted to each and every school she applied to. No surprise to me !!! My wife and I could not be more proud of this Beautiful young lady we so proudly get to call our daughter Paulina Zoe Concialdi her middle name translates to (LIFE) in Greek and how fitting is that. We’re not looking forward to the empty bedroom and vacant garage space but we’re defiantly looking forward to what Paulina will accomplish next !!!!!! Have fun in college Princess !!!!!
