2 Willowbrook Residents Arrested In Darien: Cops

A Willowbrook woman was charged after she was one of the drivers in an accident, police say.

DARIEN, IL — The Darien Police Department released its latest blotter. Here is information from the reports:

  • Marissa Hargrove, 38, of Willowbrook, was arrested at 5 p.m. Oct. 14 at Plainfield and High roads on charges of DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and disobeying a traffic signal. She was one of the drivers in an accident that involved possible injuries. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • Terryon Thomas, 28, of Willowbrook, was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Oct. 14 in the 7100 block of Clarendon Hills Road on a Kane County warrant and cited on a charge of speeding. He was seen speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • A hit-and-run accident happened about 11 p.m. Oct. 16 at Manning Road and Fairview Avenue. A driver said that while stopped at the intersection, the driver of a Hyundai Elantra struck from behind. The suspect's car was last seen near Woodward Avenue in Woodridge after the victim gave chase No other information was available.
  • Jerome Robinson, 41, of Chicago, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. Oct. 17 on charges of DUI and parking where prohibited. An officer saw Robinson heading west on 67th Street from Route 83, coming to an abrupt stop and turning off his headlights in the no parking zone. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
