About 8:30 a.m. Aug. 11, police were called to Walmart, 2189 75th St., about the woman battering the employee in the dairy department. The woman yelled at the worker to clean up a candle she had dropped in the aisle, police said.

During the 50-second encounter, video footage showed the woman ramming the employee with her cart, prompting the worker to shove her away, police said. The suspect then held onto the employee.

Another employee broke them up, and the suspect ran to the parking lot.

The victim, who was uncooperative with officers, blamed her co-workers for failing to help her stop the woman, according to the report. She said she wanted to leave as she had places to be.

An officer followed her to her car and identified her from her license plate.

The next day, the woman told police she wanted to press charges. She said the suspect injured her finger and knuckles, police said.

With Flock cameras, the police obtained the suspect's license plate and identified her.

When police called the victim again, she said she hadn't decided whether she would sign a complaint. She said she would call back when she made up her mind. She did not.
