DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:
Domestic battery
Police were called about a suspicious incident shortly after 10 a.m. Tuesday in the 7700 block of Linden Avenue. The homeowner said her ex-boyfriend was inside her house. The 31-year-old man, whose home is listed at the same address, was told that he had a Darien domestic battery warrant. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. In January 2025, the woman requested an order of protection against the man, but a judge denied it, according to court records.
