OLP Hosts Walk-A-Thon Pep Rally

OLP Walk-A-Thon helps area charities.

The Our Lady of Catholic School student body had a great time at last week's Walk-A-Thon Pep Rally! 

Eighth-grade teacher Mr. Bill Tanguay -- along with OLP's cheerleaders -- did a great job motivating the children and getting them excited about this Friday's Walk!

Our Lady of Peace Catholic School’s Walk-A-Thon is a fun and fit activity for kindergartners through 8th graders.

This year's Walk-A-Thon will help raise funds for four charities:

  • Avon Walk for Breast Cancer
  • Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Illinois
  • Safety Village of Darien
  • West Suburban Humane Society

Our Lady of Peace School will also benefit from the funds that are collected.
