Burglary, Hit-And-Run Accident: Darien Blotter
Woman charged with hit-and-run after police responded to accident.

DARIEN, IL — Darien police on Thursday released their latest blotter, which includes a hit-and-run accident and a burglary.
- A house in the 8100 block of Oriole Court was burglarized between noon Nov. 18 and 1:30 p.m. Dec. 4. The loss is unknown.
- Quentin Robinson, 35, of Willowbrook, was arrested shortly before noon Dec. 4 on Lemont Road at Oldfield Road on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding. A passenger in the car, Rachel Gardner, 22, of Bolingbrook, was arrested on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear in court. She was given a court date of Jan. 6 to appear in traffic court.
- Officers were dispatched to a report of an open door in the 800 block of Columbia Lane on Dec. 5. A resident said a patio door closed at 4 p.m. was open at 6:15 p.m. Officers found that an exterior garage door and the front door were forced open. The loss is unknown.
- Alexis Thompson, 26, of Woodridge, was arrested about 1 a.m. Dec. 6 on charges of reckless conduct, hit-and-run accident, criminal damage to property and driving with an expired license. Police were called because of a hit-and-run accident in the 7900 block of Lemont. She was given a date of Jan. 28 to appear in DuPage County Court.
- Jose Patino, 20, of Joliet, was arrested about 1 a.m. Dec. 6 on charges of driving with a suspended license, speeding and illegal tinted windows. An officer stopped Patino for speeding in the 8900 block of Lemont Road. He was given a date of Dec. 26 to appear in traffic court.
- A car was keyed in a parking lot in the 1100 block of Plainfield Road between midnight and 8 a.m. Dec. 8. The estimated loss was $1,500. The owner reported the damage more than two days later.
