The Cass Junior High School 5th and 6th graders attended Darien’s 15th Annual Arbor Day celebration in Twin Oaks Park on April 25th. The children were present for the dedication of memorial trees, as well learning about the many benefits of trees from representatives from the Morton Arboretum. The 5th grade students also released 50 butterflies that they had been caring for the past few weeks.
