Cass Junior High School 5th graders, Diana Temelkova and Vina Robelo found an old picture in a field in Darien, IL. They brought it to school and with the help of principal, Christine Marcinkewicz, and counselors, Jane Jansen and Lia Lamb, the owners of the picture, Steve and Vicki Bucher, were found. The Buchers who are from East Peoria, lost their home in the tornado last week. The picture is especially meaningful to them because it is of their daughter, Leslie, who sadly passed away a few years ago.
