Cass School District 63 Seeks New Superintendent
A survey will get residents' input on what qualities are most important for the next school superintendent to have.
DARIEN, IL — Leaders in the Cass School District 63 want to get input from school district residents as they search for their next superintendent. A survey will be open to community members here from now until the end of September.
The survey asks residents of District 63 how important certain criteria are when making the new hire, including experience in a variety of fields. The questionnaire also aims to see what residents believe are the most important issues facing the district.
The executive search firm BWP & Associates is working with District 63 on finding the next school superintendent.

That person will replace Dr. Kerry Foderaro, who is listed as the current District 63 superintendent. Foderaro has been superintendent in the district since 2005.
The next superintendent will start on July 1, 2020.
