DARIEN, IL — The Darien Lions Club and the Darien Park District will come together to host Darien Day, on Sunday Aug. 6 at Darien Community Park. According to the city newsletter, Darien Day is a celebration of Darien for all ages. The event will take place from 3 to 10 p.m., with a rock concert from 7 to 10 p.m.Darien Day activities will include a cookout, refreshments, a bouncy house and face painting, according to the city newsletter.
