Chicago Bankruptcy Judge Approves Sale of Gas City Stations
Frankfort-based company now must negotiate with individual bidders to finalize deals, including for the Darien station.

A U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge in Chicago approved Wednesday the sale of Gas City's 50 stations in Illinois, Indiana, Arizona and Florida to 14 bidders, according to Crain's Chicago Business report.
