Customer Target Of Theft In Darien: Cops

DARIEN, IL – A person was pumping gas last week at a Darien gas station when a man stole the keys from the ignition, police said.

The theft occurred about 6:30 a.m. Friday at Shell gas station, 8975 Lemont Road, police said. The suspect stole the keys, but not the car.

The man was last seen traveling east on nearby Cheese Road.
