Darien Announces Citizen Of The Year

DARIEN, IL — Darien has chosen Jim Kiser as the 2018 Citizen of the Year. According to the city, a reception will be held in his honor on Tuesday, Feb. 20 after the city council meeting at 7:30 p.m.

The Citizen of the Year dinner will the be held on March 3 at Alpine Banquets. Tickets are $35 each, and can be purchased at Darien City Hall starting Feb. 1.
