Darien Church Asks For Man's Removal: Cops
The Clarendon Hills resident was charged with trespassing, police said.

DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the reports:
Trespassing
- A 50-year-old Clarendon Hills man who lives in the 5600 block of Forest Hills Drive was arrested about 7:30 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 709 Plainfield Road, on a charge of trespassing. The church said it wanted the man removed. He was given a date to appear in court.
Disorderly conduct

- A 40-year-old Westmont woman was cited about 1 a.m. Friday at McDonald's, 809 Plainfield Road, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police said they were called to a customer dispute. The woman was released and given a date to appear in court.
DUI
- A 64-year-old Aurora woman was arrested shortly before midnight Sunday on charges of DUI and driving too fast for conditions. Police said they were called to a crash at Plainfield and Clarendon Hills roads. The woman was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A 50-year-old Oswego woman was arrested about 1 a.m. Sunday near 75th Street and Lemont Road on a DUI charge. An officer received a report of a suspected drunken driver and stopped the woman's car, which matched the description given. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
Retail theft

- A woman, whose age and hometown were not given, was arrested about 4 p.m. Sunday on a retail theft charge. Police said the woman under-scanned items in the self-checkout aisle at Walmart, 2189 75th St. She left in a blue Grand Marquis and was later found in Downers Grove. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
