Darien Hosts Concert, Day In The Park

DARIEN, IL — The Darien Lions Club will hold a Day in the Park on Sunday, Aug. 5. According to the park district website, the event will be held at Darien Community Park, 7100 Clarendon Hills Road, from 3 to 9 p.m.

The event is a celebration of Darien for all ages. There will be food, refreshments and music sponsored by the Darien Park District from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The Spoken Four will perform Aug. 5, and will play covers spanning the 60s through today.
