Darien Man Accused Of Aggravated Battery: Cops

In another case, a Downers Grove woman was arrested on five DuPage County warrants, police said.

DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the reports:

Aggravated battery

  • Andrii Bodnar, 31, of Darien, was arrested about 9 p.m. Saturday in the 8300 block of Woodland Drive on charges of domestic battery and felony aggravated battery. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Warrants

  • Christina Mark, 39, of Downers Grove, was arrested shortly after midnight Thursday in the 2200 block of Hamilton Lane on five DuPage County warrants. Officers were responding to a call about suspicious circumstances. Mark was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

DUI

  • Troy Drolema, 28, of Woodridge, was arrested about 1 a.m. Friday in the 7400 block of Cass Avenue on charges of DUI and speeding. Police said Drolema was speeding 72 mph in a 40 mph zone. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
