Darien Man Accused Of Violating Protection Order

DARIEN, IL – Last week, Darien police charged a local man with violating a protection order and three out-of-town residents on various traffic-related violations. Here is information from the reports:

  • William Most, 56, of Darien, was arrested about 5 p.m. Nov. 8 on a charge of violating an order of protection. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Jose Martinez, 51, of Summit, was arrested about 6:30 a.m. Nov. 9 at Cass Avenue and Interstate 55 on a DuPage County warrant charging failure to appear in court and charges of no valid driver’s license and speeding. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Andre Flowers, 31, of Chicago, was cited about 7:30 p.m. Nov. 10 in the 6700 block of Clarendon Hills Road on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured vehicle, speeding and failure to transfer registration when buying or selling a vehicle. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • German Sanchez Morocho, 41, of Chicago, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 8 in the 7300 block of Cass Avenue on a Chicago warrant charging DUI and cited on charges of no valid driver’s license and speeding. According to a police report, he was speeding 55 mph in a 35 mph zone. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
