Darien Man Among Latest Local Arrests: Cops

DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their later blotter Wednesday. Here is the information from the reports:

DUI

• Frank Wenmouth, 28, of Darien, was arrested shortly after midnight May 17 on 75th Street on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, improper lane usage and driving an uninsured vehicle. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
• Charles McIntosh, 48, of Joliet, was arrested at 2 a.m. May 16 at Fairmount Avenue and 75th Street on charges of DUI, possession of open alcohol and driving on unsafe tires. An officer saw McIntosh driving on a rim. He was released and given a date to appear in court.

Theft

• Someone stole a phone from a shipping box between 11:20 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the T-Mobile store, 7511 Lemont Road. The phone was valued at $1,600.

Driving violations

• Cesilio Rodriguez-Martinez, 47, of Harvey, was cited about 7:30 a.m. May 17 on 75th Street on charges of no valid driver's license, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured vehicle. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
• Eric Hart, 57, of Maywood, was cited shortly before noon Thursday in the 7300 block of Cass Avenue on charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
• Austreberto Sanchez Perez, 31, of Forest Park, Georgia, was cited about 1 a.m. Saturday on Plainfield Road at Bailey Road on charges of no valid driver's license, speeding and driving on the roadway with hazard lights flashing. According to a police report, he was speeding 55 mph in a 40 mph zone. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
• Alvin Patterson, 34, of Chicago, was cited about 4 a.m. Sunday on Lemont Road at Cheese Road on charges of driving with a suspended registration, driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
