Darien Man Faces Disorderly Conduct Charge After Loud Noise Call: Cops

In another case, a woman was charged with DUI when officers found her slumped over behind the wheel, police said.

DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:

  • A 56-year-old Darien man who lives in the 900 block of 69th Street was cited about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at his house on a charge of disorderly conduct. Officers were responding to a loud noise complaint. The man was given a date to appear in court.
  • A 38-year-old Chicago woman was arrested about 5:30 a.m. July 4 on a DUI charge. Police said they found the woman in her car slumped over and passed out with the driver's side door slightly ajar. The tires had grass on them, and the rims appeared to be damaged. She was in the 8000 block of Cass Avenue. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
