Darien Park District Hosts Book Swap

DARIEN, IL - The Darien Park District will host a children's book swap from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17 at the Darien Park District Community Center, 7301 Fairview Ave.

The park district said parents can drop off gently used books Saturday, May 13 through Tuesday, May 16 and receive a ticket for each book you drop off. On Wednesday, May 17, residents can then bring their tickets to the book swap and pick out a book for each ticket they have.

According to the park district, books need to be in like new or gently used condition in order to receive a ticket.
