Darien Man Accused Of Domestic Battery
In another case, an officer discovered vandalism when responding to an activated alarm, police said.

DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the latest reports:
Domestic battery
- About 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to the 7400 block of Brookdale Drive for loud noise. People in an apartment building's parking lot were arguing. A 28-year-old Darien man who lives in the complex was charged with domestic battery. The resident was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Vandalism

- About 8 a.m. Saturday, an officer checked Concentra Urgent Care, 7421 Cass Ave., because of an activated alarm. White paint appeared to be sprayed on the building's brick, but the words were illegible.
Reckless driving
- A 47-year-old Chicago man was arrested about 4 p.m. Tuesday near Cass Avenue and Interstate 55 on charges of reckless driving and driving an uninsured car. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
