After a recent surge in residential burglaries, the Darien Police Department will host a community meeting to talk about what police are doing and how you can help.
The meeting will take place Nov. 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the East-West room at Carriage Greens Country Club, according to the City of Darien.
Attendees will learn how to keep an eye out for suspicious behavior, how to protect property and make it more difficult for burglars to enter your home.

Residents with home surveillance cameras can register with the Darien Police Department to help solve neighborhood crimes.
