Darien Woman Charged With Domestic Battery, Taken To County Jail
In another case, a Darien man was jailed on a Cook County warrant, police said.
DARIEN, IL – Darien police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:
Domestic battery
- A 37-year-old Darien woman who lives in the 7100 block of High Road was arrested about 9 a.m. Wednesday at her house on a domestic battery charge. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- Officers saw a car with tinted taillights and one headlight about 1 a.m. Monday in the 400 block Plainfield Road. They stopped the driver, identified as a 46-year-old Darien man who lives in the 7400 block of Brookdale Drive. The man was charged with driving with a revoked license and driving an uninsured car. He was given a court date. He was also taken to the DuPage County Jail on a Cook County warrant.
