The two women then got out of their cars. Leonard told the other woman there was no damage and then got into her car to drive away, the report said. Security video showed the other woman running after Leonard's car and banging on her car window, police said.
The video also showed Leonard stopping and then stepping out, police said. The two appeared to argue, then Leonard attempted to get back in her car. But the other woman grabbed the door and Leonard pushed her away, police said.

The other woman told officers that Leonard placed her hand on her neck and pushed her backward, police said. The woman said she was only trying to stop Leonard because it appeared she was leaving the scene of an accident. Two witnesses verified that Leonard grabbed the woman's neck and pushed her, according to the police report.
In an interview with police, Leonard said she told the woman there was no damage because she only glanced at it. Leonard said she proceeded to get back into her car and drive to another spot in the parking lot because she was trying to find a place to park her car, so she could speak with the woman, the report said. Leonard said the woman was trying to get into her car, which is why Leonard said she made physical contact, police said.
Leonard was then arrested on the battery count. She was released on bond.
