
The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
April 19
- Walter Toldness, 41, of Willowbrook, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. on Cass Avenue for failure to signal and driving while license suspended. Toldness was processed and released with a court date of May 17 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.
April 21

- Gaston Ruiz-Flores, 25, of Joliet, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. at Lemont and Oldfield roads for DUI--alcohol, failure to signal, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Ruiz-Flores was processed and released with a court date of May 22 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
April 22
- Margaret Perez, 31, of Lemont, was arrested at 3:27 a.m. at Lemont and Davey roads for DUI-alcohol, speeding and improper lane usage. Perez was processed and released with a court date of May 22 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
- Two suspects, a man and a woman, stole diapers and baby wipes from Walgreens, 7516 Cass Ave., at 6:30 p.m. The loss was $128.95.
April 24

- Christine Wantroba, 30, of Woodridge, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. at Plainfield and Bailey roads for operating a motor vehicle when registration suspended for no insurance and using an electronic communication device. Wantroba was processed and released with a court date of May 31 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.
April 25
- Tamer Salievski, 26, of Countryside, was arrested in the 7900 block of Cass for DUI-alcohol, using an electronic communication device, illegal transportation of open alcohol, failure to signal and improper lane use. Salievski was processed and released with a court date of May 22 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
- Erick Reed, 46, of Chicago, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. in the 2300 block of Sokol Court for driving while license expired and driving while license suspended. Reed was processed and released with a court date of May 17 at Downers Grove Traffic court.
