Disorderly Conduct At Darien Restaurant: Cops

The suspect was released after the incident last week, police said.

DARIEN, IL – A man was charged after he threw a cup of soda at someone else's face last week at McDonald's, 809 Plainfield Road, Darien police said.

Devin Clausen, 19, of Joliet, was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct. The incident happened about 7:30 p.m. Oct. 17, police said.

Clausen was released and given a date to appear in court.
